Where do you ship?
We ship to the USA only. We offer free tracked shipping for all orders. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing time and 7-14 business days for shipping time.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

How can I track my order?
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 5 business days, please contact us at happyhalloweenfaces@gmail.com

Can I order as a gift for someone else?
When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

Are the lit masks safe?
Yes, the lit masks are safe for adults and kids who do NOT have visual sensitivities.

The masks are cool to the touch. Most of the masks are made using Electroluminescent (EL) cold wire light which gives off no heat. The masks with LED lights (Wacky Jacks Halloween Mask, Helga Witch Mask, and the Electro Light Show Mask) are safely installed to prevent warming up the mask. 

Photosensitive warning: The masks contain optional flashes of light that could trigger seizures for people with visual sensitivities.

How can I get a refund for my order?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know by emailing us at happyhalloweenfaces@gmail.com within 5 days after your order is delivered, and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

In your email to us, please provide photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please attach a video to the email you send usDamaged or defective products do not need to be returned to us.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support at happyhalloweenfaces@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you out!

Customers will be responsible for paying for trackable return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we can give you a full refund or ship out your new item if you prefer an exchange.

We do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
